2. Irritant (Latjira or Apamarg): The plant that solves every problem.
Introduction: Chirchida, also known as Latjira and Apamarg, is an extremely powerful plant. Its seeds stick to clothes, hence it is called Latjeera. According to mythological beliefs, Goddess Ganga resides in the root of this plant, and it is considered similar to nectar.
Ayurvedic use: For strong teeth: Teething with this plant keeps teeth strong. By using toothpaste made by burning its leaves, all the dental problems go away.
To reduce hunger: In ancient times, sages and sages who used to do spiritual practice used to prepare kheer from its seeds and eat it, due to which the hunger could be controlled for a long time, due to which there was no hindrance in the spiritual practice.
