Who are the seven Thakurs of Vrindavan and where are they seated?

- Shri Govind Dev Ji devotees believe with interest that Goswami himself revealed the Deity of Govind Dev Ji.
- Shri Gopinath ji is considered a symbol of Thakur Ras and Madhurya.
- Shri Radha Damodar ji Jeeva Goswami established, with his philosophy, the devotee experiences exclusive devotion to Shri Radha-Krishna.
- Radhai Ji’s form of Shri Radha Shyamsunder Ji Shyamsunder ji is considered very dear to Radharani.
- Shri Radha Raman ji, he was revealed by Shaligram Shila himself. Radha Raman ji, made without any sculptor, is a wonderful miracle.
- Shri Radha Gopnath ji is connected to the Ras Bhumi of Gopnath ji’s Leela Vrindavan.
Where are these Thakur now?
During the Mughal period, when Aurangzeb attacked the temples, the devotees took these Deities to Rajasthan and other places to protect them. This is the reason that today Thakur of Vrindavan is worshiped not only in Vrindavan but all over India.
Madan Mohan ji still gives darshan to devotees at his original place in Vrindavan.
Govind Dev Ji was taken to Jaipur and today sits in a grand temple near City Palace.
Gopinath ji is also distinguished in Jaipur.
Radha Damodar ji gives darshan in Seva Kunj of Vrindavan.
Radha Shyamsunder ji is located in Vrindavan and is considered to be the dear of Radharani.
The temple of Radha Raman ji is in Vrindavan and even today, Thakur ji is worshiped in the form of Shaligram Shila.
Devotees also rushed Radha Gopnath ji to Jaipur and today are established in grand form there.
