UP Yogi Government: ‘CM Dashboard’ of Uttar Pradesh is the basis of transparent and accountable governance. It releases rankings of districts by real-time monitoring of projects. This system reviewed by the Chief Minister is becoming a model for other states.
Lucknow, 3 December. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the governance system of Uttar Pradesh has gained an unprecedented new direction and momentum. As a result of his efficient guidance and decisive administrative vision, the state’s innovative CM Dashboard system has currently become the cornerstone of a quick, transparent and accountable governance system. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself is regularly reviewing major projects through this dashboard, which has ensured significant speed, higher quality and greater transparency in development works.
It presents complex data in a simple way
Developed under the digital good governance policies implemented by the Yogi government, this dashboard is equipped with advanced features like data integration, performance monitoring, visualization, real time updates, district wise analysis and citizen participation. It strengthens administrative efficiency, target-based work culture and accountability in districts by presenting complex data in a simple and visual form. Under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, CM Dashboard is presenting an ideal of good governance by making the governance of Uttar Pradesh scientific, transparent, result-oriented and accountable, which is today being accepted as a new model across the country.
Ranking is released after assessing the performance of the districts.
Through CM Dashboard, 109 programs of 49 departments are reviewed monthly in the districts. This system assesses the performance of districts on important aspects such as development work, implementation of public welfare schemes, revenue management and law and order. Ranking of districts is released every month, which increases healthy competition between different departments of the administration. Under the process, excellent performing districts are encouraged, while weak performing districts are given instructions for improvement.
Means of issuing instructions for immediate improvement also
The CM dashboard includes important parameters like health, education, infrastructure, sanitation, drinking water, electricity, rural roads and access to government schemes. Its aim is not just to expand physical structures but to ensure overall upliftment of every section of the society like farmers, women, poor and youth. The reach of the schemes to the beneficiaries, their progress and actual impact are directly evaluated through this system. CM Dashboard has also been linked to IGRS Portal to ensure quality control of the system. The special thing is that after the disposal of the complaint, if the citizens express dissatisfaction, then through this, instructions are also given to the officers for immediate improvement.
Become a model for other states
The effective performance of UP’s dashboard, CM Dashboard and IGRS is encouraging other states to adopt similar advanced and result-oriented systems. It is noteworthy that after active inspection and study, Delhi Government has decided to adopt the model of IGRS and CM Dashboard System of Yogi Government. Delhi authorities have found this system to be technologically advanced, effective and extremely effective in prompt, transparent and quality disposal of complaints. Apart from this, he also specially appreciated this model for more effective monitoring of development works and enhancing administrative accountability.
