On the day of the wedding night in Meerut, the groom Mohsin had mysteriously disappeared from home. Police and family continued searching for three days. After meeting in Haridwar, it has now been revealed that the groom, following the advice of his friends, took medicine which caused restlessness and he ran away.
Meerut. Wedding celebration, house full of laughter, decorated bed and eagerly waiting for the bride. Everything seemed like a perfect night, but on this very night a twist took place that left the entire family terrified.
Mohsin of Meerut got married on the night of 27th November and as soon as the time for the wedding night arrived, the groom mysteriously disappeared from home. The entire family was shocked, the bride was left sitting alone in the room and the police and family members kept searching all night.
The bride said to bring a small bulb, and Mohsin suddenly disappeared.
The bride was sitting in the room and Mohsin had just reached her when the bride said that there was too much light in the room, so put a small bulb. On hearing this, Mohsin said that he will just bring a small bulb and left the house at around 12 o’clock in the night. After this he did not return. The family thought that he might be nearby, but the night passed and there was no trace of Mohsin.
Continuous search in Ganga canal, CCTV increased concern
He was last seen on CCTV near Ganga Canal. The doubt deepened as to whether he had taken any wrong step. Divers were called, a search went on for several hours but no trace of him was found. There was an atmosphere of mourning in the house, the bride was crying and asking what had happened.

Found safe from Haridwar after three days
The worries of Meerut police and the family ended when Mohsin called his father from an unknown number and told that he was in Haridwar. The police brought him back from Haridwar. The family heaved a sigh of relief as soon as they returned home.
Friends’ advice spoiled the game
The real reason came to light during interrogation. According to SHO Sardhana Dinesh Pratap Singh, Mohsin was extremely nervous about his first night. Due to this nervousness, he followed the advice of his friends and consumed something, possibly some medicine or such substance which increased his restlessness and nervousness. Feeling mentally uncomfortable, he left the house and went away.
Now with family, trying to get everything back to normal
Mohsin is now with the family and efforts are being made to gradually normalize the situation. The family says that their biggest relief is that the son has returned safely. However, the incident has left everyone with deep anxiety and stress.
