One in a million ordeal! India lose 20th consecutive ODI toss in 2nd match vs South Africa

New Delhi: India hit one in a million ordeal on Wednesday after the team lost its 20th consecutive toss in ODIs in the second match of the series against South Africa in Raipur. This disappointing run started back at the 2023 ODI World Cup final against Australia and seems like a never ending thing as the Men in Blue hit a new low during the game.

The probability of this is one in more than a million with India becoming the only team in the world to face this nightmare. Meanwhile, South Africa won the toss and invited the KL Rahul-led side to bat first in the contest which will decide the fate of the series. If India win the encounter, they will pocket the series and if the Proteas emerge victorious, the series alive with the third and final match set to decide the outcome.
