A Mumbai-based businesswoman has made serious allegations against Joy John Pascal Post, MD of Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals. He has complained that he was stripped and videoed at gunpoint. Police have registered a case against 6 people including Post.
Mumbai: A Mumbai businesswoman has complained that she was stripped naked at gunpoint and filmed and threatened that if she told anyone, the photos and videos would be leaked. The woman has filed this complaint with the Mumbai Police against Joey John Pascal Post, managing director and founding member of Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals.
It is alleged that Joy John Pascal Post called the 51-year-old businesswoman to the office of Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals (FIPPL) on the pretext of a meeting. There he was misbehaved and forced to remove his clothes at gunpoint. The woman was abused, her nude videos and photographs were taken and threats were made that if she told this to anyone, they would be made public.
The woman lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Police, after which a case was registered against Post and five others. The accused have been charged with sexual harassment, assault and criminal intimidation. Police said that the statement of the victim has been recorded and the role of the accused is being investigated.
