In fact, Vibha Devi, who became MLA in Nitish government, could not read even a single paragraph of Hindi properly. She was getting stuck in every line. When she could not speak some words properly, she said softly to the MLA Manorama Devi sitting nearby, “Hey Manorama, tell me friend!” After this, Manorama Devi was whispering and then Vibha Devi completed the oath by repeating it.
