Immunity Booster Dish

This recipe is a kind of halwa, to make which you will need ghee, some nuts, and spices. All these things are a treasure trove of nutrients, so not only will you remain healthy in winter, but it is also an energy booster along with immunity and will be effective in protecting you from many diseases. What ingredients will be required?
Two spoons of desi ghee (for roasting gum), half cup i.e. approximately 100 grams of gum, half cup of almonds, half cup of pistachios, half cup of walnuts, half cup of cashews, one fourth cup of melon seeds, two cups of flower makhana, one third cup of desi ghee, 3 cups of milk i.e. approximately 750 ml, half cup of jaggery, one fourth cup of poppy seeds, 2 tablespoons of dry ginger powder, One tablespoon cardamom powder, half tablespoon nutmeg powder. Now let us know the method of making this magical dish. Actually, we are making this to store, hence we are taking more ingredients which will remain around 1 kg after making. You can reduce the ingredients as per your convenience.
Know the recipe of this magical remedy
- First of all, add two spoons of desi ghee in the pan and heat it and then roast the gum well in it, until it swells.
- Crush the roasted gum well in a mortar and pestle (also called a mortar). Its texture should be slightly coarse.
- Now put almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, makhana and melon seeds in a jar and run the grinder on pulse mode, so that it also becomes a coarse powder.
- Now put the remaining desi ghee in a big pan, heat it and add nuts, seeds, makhana powder and roast it. It has to be roasted on very low flame while stirring continuously for 8 to 10 minutes.
- After the nuts powder is roasted, add crushed gum to it and mix well and add milk to it.
- After adding milk to the mixture, it has to be cooked while stirring. After some time add poppy seeds and jaggery powder to it.
- It has to be cooked until the milk dries completely and ghee starts separating from the mixture. At this stage it will start appearing brown.
- Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, dry ginger powder and mix it well. This mixture will be ready in less than 12 to 15 minutes and will start separating from the edges.<

Note: You can fill this prepared mixture in a jar and store it in the refrigerator for 1 month. You have to take one spoon of this paste daily, which will strengthen your immunity and maintain energy, and the body also remains warm from inside in winter.
