What is changing at the beginning of December?
- The option of Unified Pension Scheme has ended from this month. That means government employees will no longer get this scheme. New joinings will be directly impacted and retirement planning will also change.
- The pension of those pensioners who have not submitted the life certificate will be stopped from this month. Banks have already started sending SMS in many states.
- After the new Labor Code, there may be changes in the take-home amount of your salary, basic and PF. HR teams are working on the new structure.
