The state is also providing one percent stamp duty exemption on property registration in the name of women , significantly reducing transaction costs for properties up to Rs 1 crore. The Yogi government believes that when women are financially independent, families and society become stronger together. To this end, reforms have been made in economic policies and land-property regulations in favour of women.
To secure the phase different phases of life, the state government has implemented social security schemes such as ‘Vridhavastha Pension’ and ‘Divyang pension’. These schemes provide financial support to millions of women every month, making their lives more dignified and secure. The state government’s vision is to ensure that women do not feel insecure or neglected at any stage of life.
