A surprising case has come to light from Tapi district of Gujarat. Where a schoolgirl attacked her classmate with a knife. Due to which she got very seriously injured. It is being told that the 13 year old victim was first admitted to the government hospital in Vyara and later, in view of her critical condition, she was referred to a private hospital in Surat, where she underwent a very complex surgery.
Police have registered a case against the accused minor student and investigation has been started. According to media reports, the incident took place on the third floor of the school.

It is alleged that the accused student called the victim to her saying that something was stuck in her shirt. As soon as the victim reached near the accused student, the accused caught hold of her throat and threw her on the ground. Then suddenly he took out the knife he was keeping hidden with him and stabbed him several times on the hand. This sudden attack created panic in the school.

While giving information, he said that the knife wound was so deep that both the main arteries of the victim’s hand, the radial and ulnar artery, were cut. Apart from this, the nerves and tendons of the hand were also badly damaged, due to which there was excessive bleeding. Cardiovascular surgeon Dr. Snehal Dixit and his team at Surat Hospital performed surgery for several hours to repair the severed arteries, veins and tendons. It is being told that the girl had to get about 20 stitches. Apart from this, doctors say that blood circulation is normal now, although it will take time to recover completely.

Later the girl told that her classmate called her near the bathroom, tried to strangulate her and then attacked her with a knife. Apart from this, he said that his life was saved due to timely treatment.

While giving information, he said that initial investigation has revealed that there was a dispute regarding friendship between the two girl students. Angered by this, the accused student called the victim to the bathroom and attacked her. The police have registered the case and since the accused is a minor, action is being taken against him under the Juvenile Justice Act.
