Alleged obscene chats of Swami Chaitanyanand Saraswati, accused of sexual harassment, have come to light. It is alleged that in online messaging with the girl students, he had asked them to ‘come into his room’ and ‘take them abroad’.

“Come to my room, I will take you on a trip abroad. You will not have to spend anything.”
In further conversation, the accused Baba also threatens the girls. Write in chat,
“If you don’t obey me, I will fail you.”
According to NDTV report, girl students were allegedly being exploited in the college for 16 years. During police investigation, different chats were recovered from the phones of 50 girl students. According to the information, cases of sexual harassment were registered against Baba in 2009 and 2016 also, but he escaped. The surprising thing is that a case was registered by a woman from the same Vasant Kunj Ashram.
9 fake diplomatic number plates recovered
During the investigation of the case, the police recovered a Volvo car, which had a fake diplomatic number plate. So far, the police have recovered a total of 9 fake diplomatic number plates. After the complaint by the girl students, during the police investigation, a Volvo car was found parked in the basement of SRISIIM. A fake diplomatic number plate (39 UN 1) was installed on this car. It was also revealed that this car was used by Swami Chaitanyanand Saraswati. Apart from this, the police have so far recovered a total of 9 fake diplomatic number plates. Four of these are plates with number ’19 UN 2′. The 2 plates are numbered ’49 UN 2′. Of the remaining three, two are number plate number ‘DL 1C N 0808’, and one plate is number ‘DL 3C AY 3643’.

The complaint alleges sexual harassment of girl students doing PGDM course under EWS scholarship in SRISIIM. Vasant Kunj North Police Station started investigating the case after receiving the complaint.
During the investigation, the police recorded the statements of 32 girl students, out of which 17 accused Swamy of abusive language, obscene WhatsApp messages and sexual exploitation. The victims also said that some women faculty and administration people working in the institute came under the pressure of Swamy and forced them to comply with his demands.
The main accused Swami Chaitanyanand Saraswati is accused of continuously evading investigation and is still absconding. Police are conducting raids in search of him, but he has not been arrested yet.
