According to Moneycontrol report, in the case filed by former employee Robert Garza in Wayne County Circuit Court of Michigan, it is said that Bailey abused Indians and called them idiots. Garza said that this is from November 2024. When he went to negotiate about his salary. On this, the company Campbell said that the comments were obscene, objectionable and false and we apologize for the pain caused by them. The company further said that it first came to know about this case on November 20 and heard some parts of the audio. Bailey was initially placed on temporary leave during the investigation. Bailey did not respond to requests for comment.
Indians can’t even think on their own!
Garza said in his filing that Bailey had said in the alleged audio that we have a rubbish product for poor people. Who buys our crap? I hardly buy Campbell’s products anymore. Now that I know what nonsense is in it, it is not healthy. Bioengineered Meat I don’t want to eat a piece of chicken made with a 3-D printer. Indians don’t know anything. They can’t even think on their own. Campbell stressed that it does not support such things and that its decision reflects its commitment to maintaining corporate values and workplace respect.
