This transaction includes stamp duty of Rs 18.98 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000. The price of the second property is Rs 3.26 crore. It has a RERA carpet area of ​​1,254 square feet and also has two parking areas. According to the documents, the transaction includes stamp duty of Rs 19.56 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000. Both the transactions of Sunaina Roshan were registered on November 24, 2025. While Rakesh Roshan and Pramila Roshan, who bought five offices on the same floor, had registered it on November 19, 2025.
