The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the schedule of the T20 World Cup to be held in 2026. In this, India and Pakistan will once again face each other in the group stage match on 15th February. This match will be played in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

T20 World Cup 2026 Full Schedule: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the schedule of the T20 World Cup to be held in 2026. In this, India and Pakistan will once again face each other in the group stage match on 15th February. This match will be played in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The entire tournament will be played on 8 grounds in 7 different cities in India and Sri Lanka. This tournament will run for 29 days, in which a total of 55 matches will be played. Let us tell you that India’s World Cup winning captain Rohit Sharma has been made the brand ambassador of the tournament.

Opening match between these two teams on 7th February

Let us tell you that the first match in the T-20 World Cup will be between India and America on 7th February. India will play its second match against Namibia on 12 February. Whereas, the third match will be played against Pakistan on 15th February. Team India will play the last match of the group stage against Netherlands on 18 February.

All 20 teams divided into 4 groups

All the 20 teams playing in the World Cup have been divided into 4 groups. There are 5-5 teams in each group. 3 matches will be played every day in the group stage. Whereas, the semi-final match will be played on 4th and 5th March. The final match will be played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on March 8. Apart from this, matches will also be held in Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai of India and Colombo and Kandy of Sri Lanka.

  • Group B – Australia, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Ireland, Oman
