CM Mohan Yadav expressed gratitude on labor law reforms by PM. Departmental review and Council of Ministers meeting will be held in Khajuraho. ‘Mukhi’ cheetah gave birth to 5 cubs. Preparations for Geeta Jayanti in full swing. 36,600 crore investment proposals received in Hyderabad Road Show.

Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, in his address before the meeting of the Council of Ministers, expressed gratitude on behalf of the entire Council of Ministers for the reforms made in labor laws by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that this is a big and important step for the industry and business world. Now instead of 44 laws related to labour, only 4 laws will be implemented, which will encourage industries and these laws will be implemented uniformly across the country.

Departmental review and council of ministers meeting in Khajuraho

The Chief Minister said that a review meeting of various departments will be held in Khajuraho on 8th and 9th December. In these meetings, there will be detailed discussion on the two years’ achievements, innovations, targets for the coming years, challenges and action plans of the departments. Along with this, the Council of Ministers meeting will also be held in Khajuraho on 9th December. This meeting will be dedicated to the Ken-Betwa link project and the development of Bundelkhand.

Birth of 5 cubs by cheetah “Mukhi” – a big achievement for the state

The Chief Minister described the birth of 5 cubs by the Indian-born female cheetah ‘Mukhi’ as a big achievement. He said that the birth of cubs by the new generation of cheetahs brought from Africa to India is a sign of successful adaptation of the cheetah species in the Indian forests. This will strengthen efforts to conserve biodiversity. The Chief Minister also congratulated the Council of Ministers for this achievement.

Extensive preparations for Geeta Jayanti celebrations

The Chief Minister said that like previous years, Geeta Jayanti will be celebrated with great enthusiasm in the state on 1st December. Madhya Pradesh is participating in the International Geeta Mahotsav 2025 to be held in Kurukshetra from 24 November to 1 December. In this festival, there will be many programs like Jai Shri Krishna dance drama, Shri Krishna Leela, picture exhibition, tribal dance etc.

3 lakh Geeta lovers in 313 development blocks, 55 district headquarters and 10 divisions of the state will collectively recite the verses of the 15th chapter of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta. Besides, programs like Geeta knowledge competition and Krishnayana dance drama will also be organised.

Investment proposal worth Rs 36,600 crore in Hyderabad Road Show

The Chief Minister informed about the one-to-one meetings held with industrialists in Hyderabad on November 22 under the “Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh” program. He said that a total of investment proposals worth Rs 36,600 crore have been received from 10 companies, which will create about 27,800 new jobs. The investment proposals are as follows:

  • AGI Greenpack: Rs 1500 crore in packaging engineering sector
  • Axis Energy Ventures India:- Rs 29,500 crore in renewable energy
  • Anant Technologies: Rs 1000 crore in aerospace sector
  • Automatesky Solutions: Rs 1000 crore in IT sector
  • Kolaveri Inc: Rs 1000 crore in pharma and trading sector

The Chief Minister also visited the headquarters of Greenco Company. Greenco has established renewable energy projects of 3000 MW capacity in the state in the last 10 years and plans to invest Rs 25,000 crore in the coming time.

Tourism will get a boost from PM Shri Heli service

The Chief Minister said that after the launch of PM Shri Tourism Heli Service on November 1, the state has entered a new era of air tourism. Regular operation of this service has started from 20th November, making the journey more fast, safe and economical. This service will strengthen air connectivity in religious, wildlife and wellness sectors. The main routes are as follows:

  • Religious Route: Indore-Ujjain-Omkareshwar
  • Wellness Route: Bhopal-Madhai-Pachmarhi
  • Wildlife Route: Jabalpur, Maihar, Chitrakoot, Amarkantak, Kanha, Bandhavgarh
