Bollywood actress, Miss India and Miss Universe runner-up Celina Jaitley has made serious allegations against her Austrian husband Peter Haag, a day after her 44th birthday. While filing a complaint in the court in Andheri, Mumbai, Celina has said that she has been facing emotional, physical, sexual and verbal abuse for a long time. According to media reports, Celina has also demanded compensation for loss of income and property as well as damages worth Rs 50 crore. Celina herself has released a statement regarding this matter on her Instagram revealing this.
Who is Celina Jaitley’s husband Peter Haag?
Peter Haag is a resident of Austria. He has a hotel business, known for his work in UAE and South East Asia. According to NDTV, he has made a career in branding, marketing and hospitality management. He has a luxury hotel chain in Dubai and Singapore. Before marrying Celina, Haag worked with several leading hospitality groups including Dubai’s Emaar Hospitality Group.

When did Celina-Peter get married?
Celina Jaitley has worked in superhit films like ‘No Entry’, ‘Golmaal Returns’, ‘Thank You’, ‘Apna Sapna Money Money’ and ‘Money Hai To Honey Hai’. However, after this she distanced herself from films and married Austrian businessman and hotelier Peter in 2011. In 2012, they became parents of twin sons, whom they named Winston and Viraj. She gave birth to two more twin sons, Shamsher and Arthur, in 2017. However, Shamsher died due to heart disease.
How did Selina and Peter meet?
Celina and Peter reportedly first met in Dubai during an event for an Indian fashion brand which Celina was promoting. A family friend introduced him. In an old interview with NDTV, he had said, ‘It was a family event in a fancy lounge and Peter was also invited. When I saw Peter for the first time, I felt a deep recognition. Actually we did not talk to each other, but as soon as he came inside, I knew that he was my husband, although we had never met before.
