During the hoisting of the religious flag on the peak of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, CM Yogi called it the beginning of a new era. The program concluded in the presence of PM Modi and Mohan Bhagwat. Yogi said that Ayodhya is now becoming a new center of faith, modernity and economy.
Ayodhya. Chief Minister and Gorakshpeethadhishwar Yogi Adityanath started his address at the flag hoisting ceremony by praising Lord Siyavar Ramchandra, Mata Janaki, Saryu Maiya, Bharat Mata and Mahadev. Along with him the entire temple complex also echoed with cheers. While reading the lines of Ramcharitmanas, he said that today’s holy occasion is going to make all the penance, sacrifice, chanting and sadhana successful.
Flag hoisting the moment that starts a new era
CM Yogi said that the hoisting of the flag of Dharma is not the completion of any Yagya, but the beginning of a new era. He said that the grand temple of Shri Ram has become a symbol of faith, respect and self-respect of 140 crore Indians.
He saluted all the Karmayogis who contributed in the construction of the temple and said that this day is dedicated to all those saints, Ram devotees and warriors who dedicated their sadhana and struggle for this goal. This auspicious day of Vivah Panchami is making this ceremony even more auspicious.
Presence of Prime Minister Modi and Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat were present during the flag hoisting. All the dignitaries including CM Yogi were seen bowing and paying their respects in front of the saffron flag. In the program, Chief Minister Yogi also presented mementoes to Prime Minister Modi and Mohan Bhagwat.
The light of religion is immortal, the values of Ramrajya are timeless
CM Yogi said that the flag hoisting gives the message that the light of religion never ends and the values of Ramrajya always remain alive. He said that the confidence that Prime Minister Modi had instilled in the minds of crores of Indians as soon as he took over the leadership in 2014, has today been realized in the form of a grand Shri Ram Temple. He said that the saffron flag fluttering on the temple is a symbol of religion, dignity, justice, truth and nationalism. It also symbolizes the thinking of developed India.
There is no alternative to resolution – CM Yogi
Chief Minister Yogi said that there is no alternative to resolution. The country has seen big changes in the last 11 years. Today India is seen in a new form, where development and heritage are moving forward together. He said that free ration to 80 crore people, free health facility to 50 crore people, house to every needy and benefits of schemes reaching all without discrimination – all this is a glimpse of Ram Rajya and the foundation of a developed India.
Ayodhya is becoming the global capital of festivals
CM Yogi said that many empires and generations changed in 500 years, but faith never wavered. Even in difficult times of struggle, people’s faith remained steadfast. He said that under the leadership of PM Modi, Ayodhya is now becoming the global capital of festivals, where every day is a festival like atmosphere and Ramrajya is being felt in every direction.
Ayodhya has entered a new era of faith and economy.
CM Yogi said that Ayodhya has now reached a new era of faith, modernity and economy. Rampath, Bhakti Path, Dharampath, Panchkosi, Chaudah Kosi and 84 Kosi Parikrama Marg are giving new facilities to the devotees and new respect to the faith.
Connectivity with Maharishi Valmiki International Airport has improved and Ayodhya Dham has now become the new spiritual and economic centre. He said that as the country’s first solar city, New Ayodhya is showing a glimpse of its sustainable and modern form.
