PM Modi folded hands, waved saffron flag on the 191 feet peak of Ram Temple

Before the flag hoisting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Sapta Mandir at 10 am and visited the temples of Maharishi Vashishtha, Vishwamitra, Agastya, Valmiki, Devi Ahilya, Nishadraj Guha and Mata Shabari. After this he also reached Sheshavtar Temple and Mata Annapurna Temple, where he performed ritual worship.

The saffron color of the flag is a symbol of sacrifice, penance and devotion. This sharp triangular shaped flag gives the message of spiritual energy and bravery. According to the temple trust, this flag represents the overall splendor, dignity and path of righteousness of Lord Rama.
