Baahubali The Epic OTT Release: Baahubali: The Epic, the re-edited single-film version of S. S. Rajamouli’s two-part saga, is generating buzz for its upcoming digital release on popular OTT platforms.

The film, starring Prabhas in dual roles along with Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishna, Nassar, Sathyaraj, Subbaraju, and Adivi Sesh, hit cinemas worldwide on 31 October 2025, marking the 10-year anniversary of Baahubali: The Beginning (2015).

This edition combines footage from both original films, Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017), with technical enhancements and a previously unreleased scene. The narrative follows Sivudu, a warrior raised in a tribal village, who discovers his royal lineage and aims to reclaim the kingdom of Mahishmati from his uncle’s oppressive rule. The story includes his encounters with allies, battles, and revelations about the past of the kingdom.

Baahubali The Epic OTT Release Buzz

According to industry sources, Baahubali: The Epic is expected to stream on Jio Hotstar and Netflix in multiple languages in early December 2025. Official confirmation from the makers is still awaited, so for now this remains a buzz. If confirmed, the release will allow audiences who missed the theatrical run, or those preferring home viewing, to watch the complete saga in a single sitting.

 

 

The film’s technical crew includes S. S. Rajamouli as director and co-writer, V. Vijayendra Prasad as the story writer, K. K. Senthil Kumar as cinematographer, and Sabu Cyril overseeing production design. Music is composed by M. M. Keeravaani, with editing by Tammiraju and VFX supervision by V. Srinivas Mohan.

The action sequences were choreographed by Peter Hein, with additional stunts by King Solomon, Lee Whittakar, and Kaloyan Vodenicharov. Sound design was handled by P. M. Satheesh, while costume design was led by Rama Rajamouli and Prashanti Tripirneni. Dialogues were written in Telugu by C. H. Vijay Kumar and Ajay Kumar G, in Hindi by Manoj Muntashir, and in Tamil by Karky.

Presented by K. Raghavendra Rao B.A. and produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under Arka Media Works, Baahubali: The Epic brings the combined spectacle of the original two films to the audience.
