MP Watershed Conference: Madhya Pradesh CM Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated the state level workshop-water shed conference on 24 November in Bhopal. On this occasion, he honored the officers and employees who did excellent work in the Jal Ganga Augmentation Campaign.

On this occasion, he honored the officers and employees who did excellent work in the Jal Ganga Augmentation Campaign. The theme of this program has been kept as ‘Self-reliant Panchayat Samriddh Madhya Pradesh’. This workshop will be held till 26th November at Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Centre. More than 2000 public representatives, officers and subject experts are participating in the 3-day workshop. In the program, CM Dr. Mohan praised the officers working for water conservation. During the workshop he said that today the thirsty has not come to the well, the well has come to the thirsty. The state government is standing with us at every step for the development of Panchayats.
How will the country and Madhya Pradesh be in 2047?
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that we have a wonderful tradition of governance here. Governance strengthens India in the true sense by connecting with the villages. In the words of Mahatma Gandhi, the soul of India resides in the rural areas. CM Dr. Mohan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s style of governance and his approach to good governance has given India a distinct identity. The composition of water is such that tides and ebbs occur on new moon and full moon days. Doctors and hospital staff are also likely to receive more patients on these dates. The state government has started the name of Ek Bagiya Maa through Panchayats. The state government has given authority to Sarpanches to spend an amount up to Rs 25 lakh. He said that this is only the beginning and more work will be done in future.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has announced that currently the Vice Presidents of District Panchayats and District Panchayats are the Chairman of Education Committees, but their functions are not included. But, now the school inspection and suggestions made by him will be recorded and action will also be taken on them. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the state government has given the right to manage drinking water to the Panchayats. Panchayats should move forward with a resolve for development. The state government is providing benefits to the farmers through the Solar Pump Scheme. If a farmer buys a solar pump ranging from 3 horse power to 5 horse power, he will get a subsidy of 90 percent. Panchayats should also take this scheme forward.
Crematorium in every panchayat by December 2026
In the ongoing campaign for self-reliance, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Prahlad Patel said that this event is being organized with the aim of better implementation of the three-tier Panchayat system. Sarpanch and secretary representatives have also been invited here. He said that the Panchayat system has been considered most important in the development of the country. He said that through PM Janman Yojana, permanent roads are being built in every remote village of the state. Today our state is leading in the country in constructing PM Janman and PM Awas.
