To further strengthen the country’s armies, the Defense Acquisition Council (DAC) has approved the purchase of about Rs 1.05 lakh crore on 3 July. This purchase will be completely in the country itself. In the meeting chaired by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, the purchase of armored recovery vehicle, electronic warfare system, Common inventory management system for the three armies and the purchase of surface -to -air missiles have been approved. This will increase the strength and operational preparation of the armies.
