Doshasha Panchak are those Panchaks, which start from Thursday or Wednesday. This Panchak is considered to give auspicious results because it is influenced by the blessings of Lord Vishnu and Jupiter. On the days of Doshasha Panchak, there is no need to follow the general prohibitions of Panchak. However, some specific tasks like traveling to the south or getting the roof of a house done should be avoided.

During this Panchak, traveling towards the south, getting the roof of the house molded, or making wooden items, etc. are prohibited.
