A 3-day state level workshop will be organized in Bhopal on 24-26 November on the topic ‘Self-reliant Panchayat, Prosperous Madhya Pradesh’. With the participation of more than 2000 representatives, there will be discussion on Panchayat empowerment, Jal Ganga enhancement, watershed, implementation of Swachh Gram.
Bhopal. The Panchayat and Rural Development Department is organizing a three-day state level workshop to make the panchayats of the state self-reliant and prosperous. This workshop will be held at Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Centre, Bhopal, which will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, Jagdish Deora, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Prahlad Patel, Urban Development Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, Tribal Affairs Minister Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah, Minister of State for Panchayat Radha Singh and many public representatives, experts and officials will be present in the program.
“Self-reliant Panchayat, Prosperous Madhya Pradesh” workshop will be organized from 24 to 26 November.
Director cum Commissioner Panchayat Raj Chhote Singh said that a three-day workshop on the topic “Self-reliant Panchayat, Prosperous Madhya Pradesh” is being organized in Bhopal on 24, 25 and 26 November. The objective of the workshop is to not only make the Panchayats self-reliant but also to make them prosperous and capable. Public representatives associated with three-tier Panchayats will also be included in it.

- Coordination between urbanization and panchayats
- Watershed Project and Drinking Water Availability

- Creation of administratively competent Panchayats
- Question-Answer Session and Experience Sharing Program

More than 2000 delegates will participate in the state level workshop. These include District Panchayat President, Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Representative, Gram Panchayat Sarpanch and other senior officers.
