Next Vice President: The election of Vice President in the country is now very close. Voting will take place on 9 September and the results will also come on the same day. The last date for filling the nomination is 21 August and the last date for withdrawal of the name is 25 August.

This election is in discussion because Jagdeep Dhankhar suddenly resigned from the post of Vice President on the night of 21 July, while his term was till 10 August 2027.
