The joint venture of the group of Asia’s second largest businessman Gautam Adani has purchased infra developer Trade Castle Tech Park for Rs 231.34 crore. There is a lot of land near Trade Castle Tech Park. Adani Group’s flagship company Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) informed the stock market that it and data center operator EdgeConnex’s joint venture AdaniConnex (ACX) have signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Trade Castle Tech Park (TCTPPL) and its existing shareholders Shree Naman Developers and Jayesh Shah on November 21, 2025 to acquire 100 per cent stake in TCTPPL. The company said that the purpose of the acquisition is to establish infrastructure facilities.

The company said that TCTPPL is incorporated in India and was registered with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on 16 October 2023. Its objective is to carry out infrastructure development activities. TCTPPL has not yet started commercial activities, but it has large land holdings and key licenses to undertake infrastructure activities, which will give ACX a head start.

How many AI centers does the company have?

AdaniConnex, a joint venture between Adani Group and data center operator EdgeConnex, aims to empower Digital India with 1 gigawatt data center capacity over the next decade. The company operates data centers in Chennai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Pune and Hyderabad. AdaniConnex announced its historic partnership with Google in October to develop India’s largest AI data center campus and new Greve Energy infrastructure in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Google will invest 15 billion dollars

Google’s AI Hub in Visakhapatnam is a multifaceted investment of approximately US$15 billion over 5 years (2026-2030), including gigawatt-scale data center operations, powered by a robust subsea cable network and clean energy, to power the most demanding AI workloads in India. The company said that this project will be implemented in close collaboration with ecosystem partners including AdaniConnex and Airtel. Describing it as “much more than an investment in infrastructure”, Group Chairman Gautam Adani said that the Group is proud to partner with Google on this landmark project, which will define the future of India’s digital landscape.
