Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath instructed the District Magistrates to take strict action against illegal infiltration. Detention centers will be built in every district, where illegal foreign citizens will be kept till the investigation is completed. They will be sent to their country as per the prescribed procedure.
Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued clear instructions to all the District Magistrates of the state that immediate and strict action should be taken in cases of illegal infiltration. He said that law and order, national security and social harmony of the state are the top priorities. Any kind of illegal activity will not be tolerated at any level.
Identification of illegal infiltrators will be mandatory in the districts
The Chief Minister said that the administration of every district should ensure identification of illegal infiltrators living in their area. After identification, necessary action should be initiated in all cases as per law. He also said that the administration should not be negligent in this work.
Temporary detention center will be built in every district
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed that temporary detention centers should be built in every district of the state. Illegal persons with foreign citizenship will be kept in these centres. Their accommodation will be ensured in these centers till the verification process of their documents, identity and other important details is completed.
Infiltrators will be sent back as per regular procedure
The Chief Minister said that all the illegal infiltrators kept in the detention center will be sent back to their native countries as per the prescribed procedure. This entire work will be done as per the legal process and guidelines of the Central Government.
