Also, do not reduce water intake, thirst is less in cold but the body still needs the same amount of hydration.
Taking sunlight at home is beneficial for maintaining vitamin D levels. Wear a mask while going out to prevent viral infections. Do not run too much heater in the room, it dries the air and harms the skin. Get good sleep and stay away from stress, because mental health is equally important during pregnancy.
