Black Coffee – The doctor says that black coffee contains chlorogenic acids which helps in melting liver fat. Due to this anti-oxidant, black coffee does not allow fat to accumulate in the liver.
Green Tea – Green tea is also very beneficial for the liver. Drinking this provides relief from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
