His elder brother Shivraj, 28, who used to drive a cab in HSR Layout, had been facing all this for many years. Dhanraj had attacked his brother several times. This daily turmoil at home had the biggest impact on Shivraj, who worked as a cab driver in Bengaluru. Police said that he had reached “breaking point” due to his brother’s actions.

Shivraj reached Bannerghatta-NICE road with his car, along with his friends Sandeep (24) and Prashant (26). Dhanraj, sitting on the front seat, started scrolling on his phone, then the two friends sitting behind caught him and at the same time Shivraj stabbed him with a knife on his neck. Within seconds he died inside the car.
