Number 1- Drink celery or cumin water
As soon as you wake up in the morning, add a little celery or cumin seeds to lukewarm water and drink it. Both these things speed up digestion and activate stomach enzymes. This releases gas quickly, the stomach feels light and digestion remains better throughout the day. People who often have gas can include it in their daily routine.
Number 2- Start taking deep breaths
Doctor Shalini says that by taking deep breaths for just 5 minutes in the morning, a good amount of oxygen reaches the body. This reduces stress and also produces less acid in the stomach. It is very beneficial for those who suffer from acidity, burning sensation or reflux.
Number 3- Have a light breakfast as soon as you wake up
If you have gas formation on an empty stomach, then eat something light within 30 minutes of waking up. Like- soaked almonds, a banana etc. This stops the process of gas formation in the stomach and gives a signal to the digestive system to work immediately. Having an empty stomach increases acid, which causes gas and burning.
Number 4- Take morning sunlight
