MP Dial 112 Launch: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav launched Dial-112 Emergency Service on 14 August 2025. This service is advanced from Dial-100, 24×7 with 1200 new FRV vehicles will provide help immediately and will equip the police with modern technology.
Madhya Pradesh Emergency Helpline: It will not be easy for criminals to escape in Madhya Pradesh. On August 14, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav launched the new Emergency Service ‘Dial-112’ of Madhya Pradesh Police. On this occasion, he said that the police has an important role in maintaining the system of society and Dial-112 is an important step in this direction.
Dial-100 to Dial-112 travel
CM said that many states including Uttar Pradesh have adopted the model of Dial-100. Dial-100 has so far helped 2 lakh 23 thousand elderly, more than 19 lakh women, 1300 newborns and more than 23 thousand missing children. This is a major achievement of Madhya Pradesh Police.
Equipped with new technology and better features
Police Dial-112 service is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment. The FRV (First Response Vehicle) has been updated and the police control room has been modernized. The state government has increased the budget for police vehicles to more than Rs 1500 crore. Now the police is also sending summons to the accused through video calls and internet.
Police received complete exemption and better training
The CM said that the police has been given complete exemption for action against the accused involved in illegal activities. New appointments have been made, modern training is being given to the soldiers and their efficiency is being increased. Historical gates are being built on the major routes of Bhopal, so that policemen can easily do duty in every season.
Remembering of the disgusting of partition
The CM said that the day of August 14 reminds us of the devotion of the partition of India. Police and security forces had their responsibility in that difficult time. Today, the army of India is so capable that the enemy can enter into countries and take action. The pride of the country is continuously increasing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
All kinds of assistance through Dial-112, Director General of Police Kailash Makwana said that in 2015, Dial-100 was started on Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day, which helped millions of citizens. Now 200 new vehicles have been added under Dial-112, due to which the total number of FRVs has increased to 1200. These include vehicles like Scorpio and Bolero Neo. Dial-112 has been developed as an integrated helpline as per the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which will help citizens to any emergency immediately.
