How much should be taken in a day?

Apart from this, according to diabetes, PCOD, thyroid and other diseases, the need for calories in their body varies. For this, a diet is prepared by experts.
Where more calories can cause weight gain, heart or other health problems. But if the calories in the body are also harmful for the body. This will not provide the right amount of nutritious and energy to the body. Due to which fatigue, weakness, constipation, body pain and many kinds of problems can be faced.
