Israel’s per capita income is $60,000 and India has a big opportunity to increase its trade with Israel. Currently there is trade of about six billion dollars between the two countries. After this deal, it is believed that the business relations between the two countries will become stronger.

so much business happens

In September 2025, India exported $178 million and imported $121 million from Israel, resulting in a positive trade balance of $56.8 million. Between September 2024 and September 2025, India’s exports to Israel declined by 5.19%, or about $9.74 million, from $188 million to $178 million, while imports declined by about 20%, or $31.1 million, from $152 million to $121 million.

These things are traded

There may be a decline in trade between India and Israel in the year 2024. But with the completion of this free trade agreement, trade between the two countries is expected to increase. At present, mainly prix, semiprix stones worth $48.7M i.e. around Rs 432 crore, consumer electronics worth $10.4M i.e. around Rs 92 crore and other miscellaneous engineering items worth $8.06M i.e. around Rs 71 crore are sent to Israel from India. Whereas, if we talk about India’s main imports from Israel, it includes manufactured fertilizers worth $16.7M i.e. Rs 148 crore and electronics components worth $9.65M i.e. about Rs 86 crore.

India exports items like pearls, precious stones, motor vehicle diesel, machinery, textiles, apparel and agricultural products to Israel on a large scale. This deal will make it easier for these Indian products to reach the Israeli market, which can directly benefit Indian manufacturers and farmers.
