CMO Shamli issued notice, sought reply
After the video spread on social media, a notice has been issued to Dr Afkar by CMO Shamli. He has been asked why and under what permission the private video was made in the duty room of the government hospital. According to sources, as the controversy escalated, the hospital administration has also vacated the government residence which was given to him in the hospital premises from Dr. Siddiqui. Officials believe that using the duty room of a government hospital in this manner is a serious violation of service discipline.
Investigation started, report will be sent to the government
The Health Department has started a departmental inquiry into this matter. A detailed report of the entire incident will be prepared and sent to the government.
