This time of moon darshan will last till 6.39 pm. Tomorrow the most auspicious time for moon sighting will be 1 hour 14 minutes.

Method of worship of Moon God

• On the day of Chandra Darshan in the evening, after purifying your body and mind, wear clean white or light colored clothes.
• After this, offer Arghya to the Moon God by putting raw milk, Safal flowers, Akshat etc. in the pot.
• While offering Arghya, chant the mantra ‘Om Chan Chandraya Namah’ or ‘Om Son Somay Namah’ in your mind.
• Offer kheer to Moon God.
• At the end of the puja, ask for blessings and wish for happiness and good fortune.
