The Asia Cup Rising Stars 2025 tournament running in Doha, the capital of Qatar, has now reached its final stage. Both the semi-final matches of the tournament will be played on Friday 21st November. The first semi-final will be played between India A and Bangladesh A, while in the second semi-final, Pakistan A (Shaheen) and Sri Lanka A will face each other. In this ongoing tournament in Doha, India A started with a bang and defeated UAE by 148 runs in its very first match. The star of that victory was 14-year-old explosive opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who played an astonishing inning of 144 runs in just 42 balls. Captain Jitesh Sharma also scored 83 runs. But in the second match, Team India had to face defeat against Pakistan by 8 wickets. In that match too, Vaibhav batted strongly and scored 47 runs, but apart from him and Naman Dheer (35), other batsmen were failing. Then by defeating Oman, India A confirmed its place in the semi-finals.

Now Team India has to deal with Bangladesh A, which had secured first place in its group by winning 2 out of 3 matches. Once again Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s batting will be most important for Team India because if he is successful in getting the team off to a fast start then it may be easy to make a big score or chase it.
