Two main facilities have been provided in this new module. The first is tax filing, which removes confusion between the old and new tax systems and helps in using tax exemption like section 80C and 80D correctly. Here users can calculate their tax on their own without any middleman and file returns.
The second facility is the tax planner, which shows ways to estimate and reduce the tax of time to come. This includes features such as personalized deduction mapping, house rent allowance (HRA) check and old and new tax system comparison, so that the user can decide which option is more beneficial for them.
Light on pocket, heavy in convenience
The most special thing about this feature is its price. If you want to fill the return yourself, then only 24 rupees will have to be paid for it. At the same time, if you want to get the help of tax experts, then this facility starts from Rs 999. That is, the work which used to be done in thousands of rupees earlier, now it can be completed in very low cost and from mobile itself.
Along with this, after filling the return, you can see the status of your return on the app, can track the refund and if any notice related to tax comes, you can also get an alert.
