According to Vastu, a house on rent should never be taken in a cemetery, hospital, traffic area or crowded area. Apart from this, there should not be mobile towers or electric poles around the house, because all these things block the flow of energy.
How to remove Vaastu defects in a rented house?
- Place a horseshoe on the main entrance of the rented house and hang it straight.
- Light a lamp in the house every evening, especially near the water vessel or Tulsi.
- Mop the rented house with salt water regularly.
- In a rented house, keep heavy items like bed and cupboards in the south-west direction.
- While sleeping in a rented house, always keep your head towards south and feet towards north.
- If this is not possible, you can also sleep towards the west, but you should avoid sleeping with your head towards the north.
- The puja room in a rented house should always be kept in the north-east direction.
