Auspicious time of Subrahmanya Shashthi (Subrahmanya Sashti 2025 Shubh Muhurat)
Shashti Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Margashirsha month will start on 25th November at 10.56 pm. This date will end at 12:01 am on 27th November. In such a situation, the festival of Subramanya Shashthi is going to be celebrated on Wednesday, 26th November in the month of Margashirsha.
Subramanya Shashthi Puja Method
- On the day of Subramanya Shashthi, one should wake up early in the morning and take bath etc.
- After this, one should meditate on Lord Skanda and take a resolution to fast.
- Then the place of worship should be cleaned.
- After this, an idol or picture of Lord Kartikeya should be placed on a post.
- Along with Lord Kartikeya, the entire Shiva family should also be worshipped.
- In the puja, flowers, sandalwood, incense, lamp and naivedya etc. should be offered to Kartikeya.
- Fruits, sweets etc. should be offered to Kartikeya ji.
- Kartikeya ji’s mantras should be chanted.
- At the end, the puja should be concluded by performing aarti of the Lord and giving prasad to everyone.
