Nitish Kumar will now meet the Governor and stake claim to form the government. Along with Nitish Kumar, many big leaders of NDA including Samrat Chaudhary, Vijay Sinha and Chirag Paswan have reached Raj Bhavan.

CM and Deputy CM will not change in Bihar

Formula of 1 minister for every 6 MLAs

It is believed that this time the NDA government in Bihar will decide on the formula of one minister for every 6 MLAs. According to this, 15 ministers can be formed from BJP quota, 14 from JDU, 3 from LJP, 1 from HAM. NDA will also keep in mind that if the speaker is an upper caste then the Deputy CM can be an OBC or a Dalit leader.
