Roasted gram – 100 grams Almonds – 7-8 Pumpkin seeds – 2 teaspoons Ghee – 2 teaspoons Pistachios – 8-9 Dates – 5-6 Raisins – 2 teaspoons Saffron – 4-5 threads Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Method to make Sattu Laddu
To make Sattu Laddu, first take roasted gram and separate its peel. Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the gram until it turns golden brown. Add pumpkin seeds, soaked almonds and pistachios to it and fry for some time. Take out all these things in a mixer jar. Now add crushed dates, raisins, cardamom powder and saffron threads and blend it. Take out the entire mixture in a plate and apply ghee on your palms and shape it into laddus.
