Six Maoists including prominent leader Madvi Hidma and his wife were killed when a gun fight broke out between security forces and Maoists in Maredumilli forest area in Alluri Seetharamaraju district of Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday morning, tv9 telugu reported citing AP DGP Harish Kumar Gupta.
Encounter in Chhattisgarh:
A Maoist was killed in a gunfight between Maoists and security forces in the Errabor area in Sukma district on Tuesday morning. District SP Kiran Chavan said that the encounter is ongoing.
