He said that in Treta Yuga, King Harishchandra Maharaj had worshiped here to become debt free. Actually, King Harishchandra had resolved to donate to Vishwamitra ji and when he could not fulfill his resolve, then when he came here and worshiped Lord Shankar, Lord Shiva blessed him to be free from debt and also promised that whoever comes here and worships and worships here will be free from debt.
