Six mainboard issues will be highly active next week from Oct 17 to 21. These companies are entering the market with strong expectations and fresh interest from retail and institutional investors. Here is the list of all the IPO activity happening in the upcoming week:
PhysicsWallah IPO Preapres for Market Debut
PhysicsWallah’s IPO listing will be completed tomorrow as the market opens. The IPO, which concluded on November 13, 2025, received a 1.92 times overall subscription.
This IPO is a massive ₹3,480.71 crore book-built issue. At present the IPO GMP stands at Rs. 8, and with a price band of Rs. 109, the expected listing price is Rs. 117, implying a 7.34% listing gain. The allotment was finalised on November 14.
Tenneco Clean Air IPO Allotment
Tenneco Clean Air IPO emerged as the week’s blockbuster, achieving overwhelming investor demand. The public issue was subscribed an astonishing 61.79 times overall, turning it into one of the strongest performers of the quarter.
Retail investors subscribed 5.37 times, while QIBs pumped the highest participation with a staggering 174.78 times subscription, excluding anchors. This IPO is an Rs. 3,600 crore offer for sale. With a price band of Rs. 378-Rs. 397 and a GMP of Rs. 123, the expected listing price comes to Rs. 520, signalling an impressive 30.98% potential listing gain. The bidding window closed on November 14, and the allotment will be finalised on November 17. The stock is set to list on November 19, and all eyes are now on whether it can maintain its premium on debut.
Emmvee Photovoltaic IPO Listing
Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd brought in a quieter response compared to the others. The IPO was subscribed 1.10 times in retail, 1.26 times in QIB, and 0.30 times in NII due to modest overall demand.
The issue size stands at Rs. 2,900 crore, and the price band is fixed at Rs. 206-Rs. 217 per share. The last recorded GMP is Rs.0, suggesting no premium and an estimated listing price equal to the cap price of Rs. 217. The bidding ended on November 13, allotment was completed on November 14, and the listing is scheduled for November 18.
Fujiyama Power Systems IPO Closes
Fujiyama Power Systems received a lukewarm response in early bidding days. The IPO was subscribed only 0.41 times overall by Day 2. This IPO includes a Rs. 600 crore fresh issue. Currently the issue is trading at no premium in the grey market. The bidding window remains open until November 17, with allotment expected on November 18 and listing on November 20.
Capillary Technologies IPO Closes
Capillary Technologies India Ltd., a leading SaaS and customer loyalty solutions company, launched its Rs. 877.50 crore IPO this week. On Day 1, the IPO subscribed 0.29 times, with retail at 0.28 times, QIB at 0.29 times, and NII at 0.28 times-a mild start. The price band for the IPO is at Rs. 549-Rs. 577, and the GMP stands at Rs. 30, taking the estimated listing price to Rs. 607, or a 5.20% listing gain. The IPO will close on November 18, allotment will be finalised on November 19, and listing is set for November 21. Investors are expecting subscriptions to pick up in the final stretch as QIBs typically enter later.
Excelsoft Technologies IPO Opens
Excelsoft Technologies is set to open its IPO next week on November 19. The company plans to raise ₹500 crore through this IPO. The price band is Rs. 114-Rs. 120, and the last recorded GMP is Rs. 30, pointing to a potential listing price of Rs. 150, or a 25% premium. The bidding window runs until November 21, allotment will be finalised on November 24, and the stock will debut on November 26.
