These things will be needed

Mango seeds (6 to 7)

Mustard seeds (one teaspoon)

Oil (three to four teaspoons)

Powder of red chilli, turmeric, dry ginger and other spices

salt to taste)

Prepare tasty mango seed curry like this

  1. First of all, wash the mango seeds and dry them in the sun. Now break them with something and take out the white seeds inside.
  2. After this, remove the skin of these white seeds and cut them into small pieces with a knife.
  3. Now comes the turn to boil them but first wash them thoroughly two to three times. Now put them in the cooker and add salt and cook for three to four whistles. After boiling, filter them and keep them aside.
  4. Now take refined or mustard oil in the pan and add mustard seeds-curry leaves in it.
  5. After frying a little, add boiled mango seeds in oil and also add all the spices. Cook for some time and your mango seed curry is ready.
