A major revelation of Hawala funding has been made in the Delhi Red Fort blast investigation. The ‘White Collar Module’ of doctors had raised Rs 26 lakh, from which 26 quintals of NPK fertilizer and other materials were purchased. The main accused Umar is suspected to have received Rs 20 lakh from hawala channels.
New Delhi. The horrific explosion that took place near Delhi’s Red Fort metro station has shaken the entire country. There was such an explosion in a slowly moving car that 13 people died on the spot and many were injured. This incident was not just an accident but it seems to be a part of a thoughtful planning, the layers of which are now being revealed one by one. As the investigation is progressing, many shocking facts are coming to light. Security agencies now suspect that this entire operation was funded through the Hawala network. That means the money was sent through secret routes, of which no official record is available. The main accused Dr. Umar Nabi had allegedly received around Rs 20 lakh through underground channels. According to sources, not only this, investigation has also revealed that a group of doctors together had collected a total of Rs 26 lakh. Fertilizer and other chemicals used in the blast were purchased with this amount. Where did so much money suddenly come from? Its investigation has now been intensified.
Was Delhi blast funded through Hawala network?
The investigating agencies have detained many hawala dealers and started questioning them. Initial indications suggest that this money was used to purchase items required for the blast and to plan the attack. Interestingly, just hours before the Delhi blasts, 2,900 kg of explosives were recovered in Faridabad, Haryana and three doctors were arrested. Is this a coincidence or a completely connected network? This is the biggest question of investigation right now.
After all, where did Rs 26 lakh come from? Did Hawala play a big role?
The name which is coming up the most during the investigation is the Hawala network. Many hawala dealers have been detained for questioning. Agencies believe that most of the money received by the Delhi blast module may have been sent through Hawala. Hawala is a system in which money is sent from one place to another without any banking channel and without any record. From here the ‘mystery’ of this entire conspiracy becomes deeper because no official record of this transaction is available.
Is the ‘white collar module’ of doctors also linked to the Delhi blasts?
Recently, a ‘white collar terror module’ was busted in Faridabad, in which three doctors were arrested and 2,900 kg of explosives were recovered. Now investigation has revealed that this same doctor-
- Dr. Muzammil Ganai
- Dr. Adeel Ahmed Rather
- Dr. Shaheen Saeed
- Dr. Omar Nabi
May also be linked to Delhi blast. Together, the four collected Rs 26 lakh in cash and handed it over to Dr Umar for safekeeping and to spend on the operation. The accumulation of such a huge amount in cash only deepens this mystery.
Was the deadly IED prepared from 26 quintals of NPK fertilizer?
The most surprising thing revealed in the investigation was that the accused had purchased 26 quintals of NPK fertilizer from Gurugram, Nuh and surrounding areas. This fertilizer is commonly used in farming, but when mixed with certain chemicals, it can also be used to make dangerous IED devices. The price of this fertilizer is said to be around Rs 3 lakh. How this fertilizer was used and who technically prepared it in explosive form – this is the biggest question of investigation.
Was a dispute over money just before the blast the trigger?
According to the report, a few days before the blast, there were some differences between Dr. Omar and Dr. Muzammil over money. Now the investigating agencies are finding out that-
- Did this controversy cause change in the timing of the blast?
- Was the plan earlier for some other day?
- Or did the accused attack in haste after the dispute?
- This question is still very mysterious.
DNA report reveals the truth: Who was driving the car?
- It has been confirmed in the DNA test that Dr. Umar Nabi was driving the Hyundai i20 car that exploded.
- He was a resident of Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir and was a professor at Al Falah University, Faridabad.
- After receiving this information, the agencies are now deeply investigating his background, contacts, social media, travel records and funding sources.
Was the Delhi blast part of a larger network?
After all these revelations, the investigation is stuck on a big question whether the Delhi blast was a local plan, or a part of a bigger interstate network? The use of hawala channels, involvement of doctors, purchase of fertilizers in huge quantities, funding disputes and Rs 26 lakh… all this indicates that the case was completely planned. The investigating agencies are trying to catch every thread which may be connected to the conspiracy of this attack.
