Woman’s video going viral on social media
In this clip, widely shared on Instagram, a woman is seen driving in the opposite direction of traffic on a two-wheeler and then collides with an autorickshaw. In the footage, the woman is seen shouting and abusing the auto driver, while a traffic police officer intervenes and repeatedly asks her to calm down. The policeman is heard telling her that she is driving in the wrong direction and causing disruption, but the woman continues to argue and insist that the auto driver is at fault. The auto driver is adamant on his point and explains that he was on the right side of the road.
According to passersby who filmed the incident, the brawl led to a nearly one-kilometre-long traffic jam on the busy road, with many vehicles forced to pass through the narrow flyover stretch. The viral clip is being criticized online and many have demanded the Bengaluru Traffic Police to take action against the rider.
