After losing the election, Jyoti Singh shared a picture of herself on Instagram and wrote, “I will not accept defeat, I will not fight.” He told that this line has been taken from the inspirational poem of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Jyoti said that the support given by the people of Karakat has made her stronger emotionally.

He wrote that he fought this battle for women, the exploited and the deprived, and not to defeat or win anyone. Jyoti said that victory and defeat have importance in democracy, but moving forward is the real path and she will always contribute to this field.

In another post, Jyoti Singh said that the support of the people of Karakat is a lifelong asset for him. She wrote, “I had contested as an independent candidate, I did not have huge resources, but the love of the public gave me respect.”

Jyoti Singh claimed that Karakat wants change and the people here are expecting clean politics. She said that she does not give up and her dreams regarding Karakat are not going to stop. The results may not have been in their favor, but their struggle has become stronger now.
