To make this, keep milk on gas to heat. Now turn off the gas and add vinegar in it. Strain the chhena through a cloth or sieve and wash it with cold water. So that the taste of vinegar or lemon becomes different. Mash and knead the chhena well with your hands, so that it becomes soft. If needed, you can add a little buttermilk or milk and knead it. Make small round rasgullas from chhena. Keep in mind that it should be swollen and soft.

To make this, cut date jaggery into small pieces. Melt it with 1 to 2 tablespoons of water on low flame. Add cardamom in it, after that add rasgulla in it. Cover and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep stirring lightly with the help of a spoon in between so that the rasgullas do not burst. After cooking, cool the rasgulla in syrup. For this you can keep it at room temperature.

To make this, dates are grated or ground and juice is extracted. Then this juice is thickened on low flame. Gradually the water reduces and it becomes thick, sticky, dark brown jaggery.
